The Macallan Sherry Oak Cask 30 Years Old is a dark mahogany Single Malt Scotch, aged in Oloroso sherry seasoned oak casks from Jerez, Spain. The nose speaks to rich sherry and woody orange. The palate picks up on those scents with smooth dried fruits, sherry, smokey orange; and is treated to a long finish of spiced orange.
